On Wednesday, February 25th, The Houghton Choir will present Shout On! Pray On! Hallelujah!: Gratitude and praise for God’s character and work. The program is based on four gifts God gives us: creation, human relationships, fellowship with other believers, and reconciliation to Him through Christ. This varied program will feature works in English, Latin, German, French, Spanish, and vaguely-Scandinavian nonsense, with works by historical greats Haydn, Debussy, Finzi, and Duruflé, as well as contemporary composers Gawthrop, Gjeilo, Ellingboe, Mantyjarvi, Forrest, Hagen, and Ames.
