Allegany Hope, an area Christian nonprofit organization, provides a broad range of opportunities for students to obtain experiential learning opportunities through internships, volunteer work, and some paid possibilities, under its own umbrella or through referral to other organizations.

News reporting and photography, public relations, art, music, teaching, psychology, public safety, public administration, biblical studies, evangelism, children and family ministries, eldercare, business, and consumer sciences are just some of the potentials for hands-on learning which can provide enhanced levels of opportunities in the job market or missions field.
