This workshop is designed to help you effectively manage stress (who doesn’t have stress in college?!). Throughout this one-hour workshop we will talk about the level of stress that is actually good and productive and what happens when we start to get overly stressed. You will learn new tools and how to implement them into your life. Let go of those unhealthy coping strategies (procrastination – were coming for you!) and join us for this wellness group!

Many people feel a little anxious and/or uncomfortable about participating in a group. This workshop is structured and curriculum-driven, like a class. While there may be occasional opportunities to share, you are not required to speak if you do not feel comfortable doing so.
