CliftonStrengths for Employees Workshop I

Did you know that many of our students have completed Gallup's CliftonStrengths assessment for Transitions or student leadership roles? We invite Houghton employees to learn more about this strengths-based approach and take the assessment themselves. Join Rachel Wright, JL Miller, and Hannah Bailey to learn more and request to learn your top 5 themes of talent too! After you've taken the assessment, we will have a second session on Sept. 30 for a "deeper dive" into your results and practical ways to apply strengths to day-to-day work at Houghton!
