Details

Dr. Klejment-Lavin is Associate Professor of Intercultural Studies at Columbia International University. Previously, he spent thirteen years in intercultural ministry in Indonesia and South Korea. Dr. Klejment-Lavin’s research interest is concerning the interplay between religion, worldviews, experience, morality, and the construction of moral beliefs in light of lived experiences.

Since 2007, Dr. Klejment-Lavin has been married to Carolyn and together they are parents to Noah and Finnian. Dr. Klejment-Lavin and his family love the great outdoors and playing board games. He is an avid fan of the both the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Penguins. His book, Evil: A North Korean Christian Refugee Perspective, is slated to be published in 2024.
