The Mental Health Workshop is a three session series. The series is designed to give you tools to help you better manage your symptoms and feel better in your day to day life. Students are expected to attend all three sessions as each session builds on the last. The sessions begin on Thursday February 9th at 11:00am and continue on the 16th and 23rd.
