Description of Tapawingo: Tapawingo is a Christian girls’ camp located on an island in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York. It serves girls ages 9-17 and is unique because of its beauty and biblical standards of excellence. It is a place of contentment, joy, and peace that seeks to build up Christ-following, kingdom women of the same qualities. At Tapawingo, young women have the chance to discover God’s unconditional love for them through Jesus Christ, grow in a deeper understanding of God’s Word, and experience abundant life in Christ.

Description of Positions Available: We are looking for women who demonstrate these 5 Cs: Christ follower, character, competence, chemistry, and calling. We are currently hiring for all positions for our Summer 2023 staff. This includes but is not limited to counselors, lifeguards, adventure program leaders, Counselor-in-Training (discipleship- and wilderness-intensive program) leaders, administrative staff, program directors, food service staff, waterfront directors, and more.
